SRCM Centres

SRCM organises a variety of seminars and training programmes to support people practising Sahaj Marg meditation. Most of these last between one day and one week, and are held in ashrams and meditation centres around the world.

[SRCM activities around the world]

Ashrams are places for rejuvenation and retreat. An ashram is a place where you can remove yourself from the world and go deeply into your practice. SRCM has ashrams in Europe, North America, Africa, Oceania and South East Asia as well as many in India.

The World Headquarters of SRCM is at the Babuji Memorial Ashram, Chennai, India.

SRCM has also dedicated some venues especially for training. CREST(Centre for Research, Education, Sadhana and Training) centres run programmes on specific themes, such as character formation, brotherhood or understanding the practice of Sahaj Marg meditation. They are sometimes for specific groups such as youth or prefects of SRCM.

Annually, many thousands of people gather from around the globe to celebrate the birth anniversaries of the gurus of Sahaj Marg. These events have a unique atmosphere, and provide a special opportunity for introspection and spiritual growth.
