Processing Notes for Membership-Coordinator

  • Permanent ID cards are issued to Abhyasis who have been practicing Sahaj Marg regularly for at least 6 months. Please verify that the Abhyasi is eligible to apply.
  • The color passport size photograph of Abhyasis should be pasted on the ID card request report generated by the AIMS application.
  • The suggested donation towards card processing for a new ID card and replacement of old ID card are INR 100.
  • Processing fee for lost card replacement is INR 150.
  • Abhyasis will have to surrender their old ID card to the local Center-in-Charge or membership coordinator at the time of receiving the new ID card.
  • Payment will be accepted only in the form of DD payable to "Shri Ram Chandra Mission" at Bangalore. Please do NOT send cash.

Mmebership coordinators should send the ID card requests through the upload file feature of the AIMS software. Please refer to AIMS User Guide for details.

The completed ID Card Request Report (printed from the AIMS application) should be sent along with the demand draft to:

Note: The average processing time of a new ID card is about 2-3 months from the date of receipt of the application at Bangalore. In case an application from your centre is pending at Bangalore for print for longer than 3 months, please send email to in.memberadmin@srcm.org.

The printed SRCM ID cards are sent to the Membership-Coordinator with the distribution sheet. The distribution sheet should be signed by Abhyasis at the time of receiving the cards. Distribution sheet should be filed at the center for future reference.
