Membership Card Information

In an effort to consolidate our Mission's membership database,
and to properly identify its individual members, an international
database has been developed. One of the facilities that this offers
is the production of individual membership cards.
In turn, these membership cards will enhance the Mission's organizational
capabilities, and allow more effective and efficient services
to its members. The functions for which these membership cards
will be used include:

Registration at Seminars.

Membership administration
-
Publications subscription and distribution.

Facility access and usage.
This card will contain a unique Shri Ram Chandra Mission Membership
ID assigned to each abhyasi. This ID will be used for registration
at all Shri Ram Chandra Mission events and venues worldwide. Accordingly,
you will be required to use this ID while registering for these
events, and produce this card upon arrival at the respective venue.
Over time, other organizational functions of the Mission will
similarly start to leverage the benefits of these Membership IDs.
In order to obtain this membership card:

Check with the coordinator or secretary of
the Mission in your respective country to determine whether
you should:
i. Attach a color passport size photograph with this form, OR
ii. Appear to have your photograph taken with a digital camera.
(Procedures vary in different countries.)

Fill out the Membership Card Form, ensuring
the following:
i. All the mandatory fields (marked by an asterisk *) are filled
in. Membership Cards cannot be processed with incomplete information.
ii. The information on each form is written in BLOCK letters
and is clearly legible.

The form should be sent to the coordinator
or secretary of the Mission in your country.

The membership card coordinator is requested
to submit a separate printed list (hard copy) containg the membership
card applicants names that corresponds to the application forms
that are included.

Membership card coordinators should submit completed
forms and photographs as indicated below:
i. For abhyasis within India, send to:
